COVID Vaccination Update
Our SMASH (Sandbach, Middlewich, Alsager, Scholar Green, Haslington) vaccination programme has started.
Our patients will now start to receive invites for the start of the Middlewich site for Covid Vaccinations.
These will take place at :
Middlewich Victoria Hall Civic Centre
Civic Way
Middlewich
CW10 9AS
Initial invitations are going out via SMS for speed and effectiveness, and bookings can be made by reply.
Please do not worry if you or your relative do not have a mobile phone, they will be contacted by landline phone.
Please do not arrive early for your vaccination. Arrive for your appointment time.
Please cancel your appointment if you are unwell, have a fever, recently tested positive for Covid, awaiting a Covid Test result or have had a positive Covid test in the past 4 week.
If you or your family are houseboundWe are working down the priority groups and you will be invited by SMS or phone call.
On the day – the biggest comment we would have is DO NOT turn up early for your appointment, especially if you are booked in the first couple of hours as it can generate queues which in this weather no-one wants.
